Return Policy

How do I return my order?

Your order may be returned by initiating a request for return in the "My Orders" section of your account. Please note that the return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product(s). 

Once the request for return has been placed, the package will be picked up at your doorstep. Please ensure that the item to be returned is in its original packaging for pick-up. A total of three attempts shall be made to pick up the product.

Before placing a request for return, please go through the return and refund conditions to ensure seamless processing of the request.

Exchange: In case you need a different size, color, or product, we request you to return the original item and place a fresh order for the desired item separately.

How and when will I get my refund?

Once the package collected from you reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund within 14 days. Please note that the refund will be initiated only if all the conditions for return and refund are satisfied.

The refund will be made in the following manner:

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made through the banking channel. Please add details of the preferred bank account to your Return Request itself in the designated field. 

Return and Refund Conditions:

Please keep in mind that the following conditions must be satisfied for a refund on return:

  • The request for return must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product. No request for return or exchange can be placed beyond this period.
  • In order to correctly manage your return, you must return your order to us in the same packaging you received it in to ensure the good condition of the items and their correct return delivery to our premises.

Note: The products must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Products of the following nature cannot be returned or exchanged, and no refund shall be issued for them:

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Products that are on SALE at the time of purchase
  • Products such as cloth diapers, nappies, diapers, and underwear that affect personal hygiene
  • Products that appear used, damaged or incomplete on inspection by our team on receipt of the returned articles
